We service most makes of pellet stoves including Whitfield, Enviro, Harman, Quadrafire, Country, Lennox, St. Croix and many others. Please contact us at 508-563-3280 for all service inquiries.

A Stove Cleaning Includes:

Removing pellets, vacuuming stove, inspection of hopper, auger plate, pressure and/or latch switches, minor repairs as needed and refill of pellets
Inspection of auger, auger assembly and test for unobstructed rotation within the auger tube.
Convection Blower: Clean and lubricate as needed
Combustion Blower: Access, clean, lubricate as needed
Auger motor: clean and lubricate as needed
Visual inspection of all wiring and terminals
Vacuuming of the entire fire chamber including: burn pot, ignition assembly, fire walls, draft chambers, exhaust ports and heat exchangers, etc.
Examination of all seals
Examination of heat switches and vacuum sensors
Clearing out of exhaust pipes to the outside air
Removing of ashes from property
Cleaning of glass on door
Complete cleaning of electronics from the rear panel of the appliance
Testing electrical sensors and igniter for continuity and working order
Complete cleaning of the stove hearth and adjacent floor area
The technician will start up of the stove to make sure all is working correctly
We will go over the work performed with you and answer any questions you might have about operating your stove

We recommend that your stove be professionally cleaned once a year.

Locations that we Service:

We service Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. Unfortunately, we do not service the islands.

Service Rates:

If your stove is not under warranty, the charge starts at $125 for the first hour of cleaning and diagnosis of the problem. After an hour we charge $100 an hour based on 15 minute increments. Below is a service map of the areas we service and the first hour rates for the specified locations. The parts used to repair the stove or fireplace would be an additional cost.
